Haven stayed and worked in three different continents (Europe, Asia and Australia), coach Helder can be best described as an encyclopedia of continental football development, having deep and great understanding of football clubs, academies and schools, his stay at the Crystal Palace youth team, played a pivotal role developing great players. 

For record purpose, Coach Helder stayed in England for 15 years, in China For 5 years and presently in Australia, where he has spent 14 months already.

Coach Helder dived into the coaching profession in 2008, recording an experience stay of a ๐ƒ๐ž๐œ๐š๐๐ž and ๐‡๐š๐ฅ๐Ÿ.

With what started as passion, Coach Helder is presently one amongst the best professional players transforming young coaches the world has, and is doing marvelously well for the Australian Side, Riverside Olympic Football Club  though we hope a bigger stage set for him to globally see what he's got.
