On 4th February 2025, the Chairman of Kada Warriors FC Kaduna announced the formation of the clubโs management and technical team, which was officially unveiled on 13th February 2025. The team is now headed by Garba Lawal MON as the General Manager.

Garba Lawalโs most successful playing career was at Roda JC in the Eredivisie, Netherlands. Though his playing career started at NUB Kad 1989-1991 and then metamorphosed to a beautiful career path with various clubs like Julius Berger FC Lagos 1991-1994.

Garba Lawalโs international career is legendary and has cemented his place in Nigerian football history, and Nigeria, a successful career path that has earned him the Distinguish ๐ ๐ข๐ก tittle. Garba Lawal, one of the most versatile players of the Nigeria national team in the 1990s and early 2000s, Lawal was deployed in various positions, ranging from defense to attack, especially on the left wing.
Garba Lawal started his international career from the lows, progressively climbing to the peak, he was first featured for the Nigerian Flying Eagles U-20 in the Mauritius 93 African Youth Championship
He won an Olympic gold medal at the 1996 Atlanta Games and represented Nigeria in the Sydney Olympics 2000. Garba Lawal also represented Nigeria in two consecutive FIFA World Cups; 1998 and 2002. Lawal played a pivotal role in Nigeriaโs memorable 3โ2 victory over Spain in the 1998 World Cup, scoring a crucial goal in Nigeriaโs first match of the tournament. Additionally, he represented Nigeria at four editions of the Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON): 2000, 2002, 2004, and 2006, scoring in all but the first tournament.

Garba Lawal served as Member Technical Development Committee 2008-2018.
From 2014 to 2015, he served as the General Manager of Kaduna United. He later became the Co-ordinator for the Nigerian U-17 national team.

Currently, he holds the position of Assistant Technical Director at the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF). Now, he embarks on his new role as the General Manager of Kada Warriors FC Kaduna.
